These terms govern your use of the OneTap Solutions website, merchant dashboard and payment services. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & onboarding

Services are available to businesses and individuals who complete our KYC process. We may approve, decline or suspend an account at our discretion, including where information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Use of services

• You must use OneTap only for lawful business activities that you have disclosed to us.
• You must not use the services for prohibited, illegal or fraudulent transactions.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.

Fees & settlement

Charges for each service are as agreed with you at onboarding and may be revised with notice. Applicable fees and taxes are deducted from transactions or your wallet balance. Settlement timelines depend on the service and on our banking partners.

Chargebacks & disputes

Merchants are responsible for chargebacks, refunds and disputes raised by their customers. We may hold or adjust funds to cover such liabilities.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate services if we suspect fraud, misuse, a breach of these terms, or if required by our banking partners or by law.

Limitation of liability

OneTap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by banks, networks or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
